Section 379(4) in Goa Prisons Rules, 2006

(4)All the appointments made under this rule shall be notified in the Official Gazette.Explanation. - For the purpose of this rule, a member of the Goa Legislative Assembly shall not include a Minister, Deputy Minister or Minister of State or the Speaker or the Deputy Speaker of the Goa Legislative Assembly.
