Section 41 in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954
41. Resignation or removal not to effect membership.
- The resignation or removal of a Chairman under section 39 or section 40 shall not have the effect of a resignation of or removal from the membership of the Board and he shall continue to be a member thereof unless he resigns under section 29 or is removed under section 30.
