Section 9(4) in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Grievances Redressal Forum and Ombudsman) Regulations, 2004

(4)If the Consumer and the Licensee accept the recommendation of the Ombudsman, they will send a communication in writing within 15 days of the date receipt of the recommendation. Each of them shall then confirm their acceptance to the Ombudsman and state clearly that the settlement communicated is acceptable to them in totality in terms of recommendations made by the Ombudsman and shall be full and final settlement of complaint made.
