This is an appeal filed by the assessee against the revision order of Ld. Pr. CIT, Kol- 1, Kolkata dated 20.05.2015 for AY 2011-12.
2. At the time of hearing Ld. Counsel for the assessee prayed that the assessee be allowed to withdraw the appeal as not pressed since the relief claimed by the assessee has already been granted by the AO to the assessee company vide his order dated 13.12.2016 passed u/s. 143(3)/263 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Ld. DR has got no objection to the prayer of the assessee's AR. Hence, the appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In the result, appeal of assessee is dismissed as withdrawn.
