12.
(1)No commercial establishment shall on any day be opened earlier than 8. 30. a. m.. and kept open after 9. 30. p. m.(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the State Government may fix different opening or closing hours for different classes of commercial establishments or for different areas or for different periods of the year.
