Section 361 in The Bombay Provincial Municipal Corporations Act, 1949
361. Accounts of the Transport Undertaking. - Accounts of the receipts and expenditure of the Corporation on account of the Transport undertaking and of the properties vested or vesting in the Corporation for the purposes of the said Undertaking shall be kept in such manner and in such forms as the Transport Committee shall from time to time prescribe.
