(2)Without prejudice to any power to make rules contained elsewhere in this Act, the State Government may make rules consistent with this Act, generally to carry out purposes of this Act and to prescribe fees payable in respect of any applications to be made, forms to be supplied, certificates to be granted and appeals and applications for revision to be made under this Act [and also any applications for certified copies of documents filed and orders made under this Act.] [These words were added by Maharashtra 21 of 1976, Section 11, (w.e.f. 1-11-1976).]
