Section 43 in West Bengal Inland Fisheries Rules, 1985
43. Payment.
The procurement agent shall make payment to the dealer for the levy fish taken delivery of by him within forty eight hours of such delivery failing which he shall be liable to pay interest at the rate of eighteen per cent per annum on any outstanding amount.
