Section 42 in Karnataka Universities of Agricultural Sciences Act, 1963
42. Vacating of office.
(1)Any member other than an ex-officio member, of any Authority of the University may resign his office by letter addressed to the Registrar.(2)Any member of any Authority of the University shall cease to be a member on his being convicted by a court of law of an offence which involves moral turpitude.
