Section 117A(3) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Rules, 1967
(3)If the person is prepared to compound the offence, the Market Committee shall order the person to appear before it, within the lime specified by the Committee and after giving him an opportunity of being heard, compound the offence as provided under section 52A.
