52B. Penalty for removing marks, etc.
- If any person any mark set up for the purpose of indicating any level, boundary line or direction necessary to the execution of works authorised under this Act, he shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months or with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with both.
