Learned counsel for the respondents have filed today the copy of letter dated 04.09.2015 of respondent No.2 addressed to HQ Chief Engineer Central Command Lucknow, i.e. respondent No.3 in the Original Application No. 200/00173/2015 regarding implementation of the order dated 02.03.2015 passed by this Bench in Original Application No.200/00173/2015 (Shri Santosh Kumar Mehra & Others)
2. On perusal of this letter, it is clear that representation of the applicants has been considered and decided by the competent authority of the respondents, by a reasoned and speaking order. Thus, the directions of this Tribunal in Original Application No.200/00173/2015 ibid have been substantially complied with.
3. In view of the above, the contempt proceedings are hereby dropped. However, the applicants shall be at liberty of pursue appropriate proceedings if any of their grievance in this matter still persists.
