Section 20(1)(d) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014

(d)Where the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights or the Child Welfare Committee takes suo moto cognizance of violation under section 20 of the Act or rule 85 (C) or receives a complaint in this regard, it shall forward the complaint to the Board concerned for cognizance and inquiry.
