Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to
issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the Public notice for approval process
2018-19 issued by the First Respondent dated Nil in Advertisement
No.Approval/12(03)/2017 under signed by Member Secretary, AICTE to be
unconstitutional and ultra vires the UGC Act and consequently declare the
same to be inapplicable to the petitioner University.

ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
