Section 28(1) in The Maharashtra State Board Of Nursing And Paramedical Education Act, 2013

(1)The Board shall grant permission to start new nursing and Paramedical Institution by observing the standards laid down under the Indian Nursing Act, 1947 (XLVII of 1947) and the directions issued by the Central Government regarding Paramedical Education as per the provisions specified under this section.
