59. Grant of certificate of election to returned candidates.
- As soon as may be after a candidate, has been declared by the Returning Officer under the provision of rule 56 or clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 19 to be elected, the Returning Officer shall grant to such candidate a Certificate of election in Form No. 28 and obtain from the candidate an acknowledgement of its receipt duly signed by him.
