Constitution of High Courts. - The High Court of Judicature at Fort William in Bengal and the Presidencies of Madras and Bombay respectively shall consist of a Chief Justice and as many Judges, not exceeding fifteen as Her Majesty may from time to time think fit and appoint, who shall be selected from-
