Section 4 in The Bihar Gramdan Rules, 1966

4. Declaration under Section 5.

(1)The declaration under Section 5 shall be filed in Form IV.
(2)Every such declaration shall be entered in the register in Form V.
(3)Sub-rules (1) to (5) of Rule 3 shall apply to a declaration filed under this Rule in the same manner as they apply to a declaration filed under Section 4.
