Section 44(1)(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Conduct of Election of Members) Rules, 2005

(ii)Have you already voted at the present election at this polling station or at any other polling stations; and the person shall not be supplied with a ballot paper unless he gives an unqualified answer to the first question in the affirmative and the second in the negative; except as mentioned herein and subject to the provision of Section 11 of the Act, every person whose name is found on the electoral roll shall be entitled to be supplied with a ballot paper.
