Section 5(i) in Rules for Rate Contract with Small Scale Industries of Orissa registered with the Directorate of EP&M, Orissa
(i)The main criterion for selecting any store for rate contract shall be that the store is in repetitive demand and is in common use and its price is not subject to frequent market fluctuations.
