Section 8(2) in The West Bengal Private Forests Act, 1948.
(2)An application for such a loan shall be made in the prescribed manner to the Appellate Committee and shall state the following particulars, namely :-(a)the amount of the loan required,(b)the reasons for which it is necessary, and(c)the period for which it is required.
