38. Service as engine-fitter.
- Service as engine-fitter means journeyman's service in making or repairing steam engines or accessories. Such service may include service as a turner, if employed on the same kind of work, but not more than one-half of the qualifying period shall be allowed for time spent as a turner in making up the total journeyman's service.
