Section 14(1) in Orissa Prevention of Blackmarketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities (Conditions off Preventive Detention) Order, 1979
(1)Detenus shall, for purpose of discipline, be subject to the rules relating to civil prisoners not inconsistent with the provisions of this Order.
