Section 35 in Telangana Ancient and Historical Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1960
35. Ancient monuments etc., no longer requiring protection.
- If the Government are of opinion that it is no longer necessary to protect any ancient and historical monument or archaeological site and remains under the provisions of this Act, it may, by notification in the [Telangana] [Substituted by G.O.Ms.No.45, Law (F) Department, dated 01.06.2016.] Gazette, declare that the ancient and historical monument or archaeological site and remains, as the case may be, has ceased to be a protected monument or a protected area for the purposes of this Act.
