Section 45GG(2) in The Wild Life (Protection) (Orissa) Rules, 1974
(2)[For any death or injury] [Substituted vide Notification No. 3308 dated 25.2.2006, Orissa Gazette Extraordinary No. 257 Dated 6.3.2006.] caused inside a Sanctuary, National Park, Game Reserve or inside a closed area the Wild Life Divisional Forest Officer or the Conservator of Forest shall be the authority competent to sanction such payment.
