435. Excise Commissioner's power to grant leave to Superintendents.
- The Commissioner of Excise is empowered to sanction leave for a period not exceeding one month to a Superintendent of Excise; provided he is able to make arrangements for carrying on the absentee's work during the period of leave without asking for extra officer.
