Section 1 in West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the West Bengal Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishments Act, 2013.(2)It extends to the whole of West Bengal.(3)It shall come into force at once.
