Section 129(3) in The Maharashtra Municipal Councils, Nagar Panchayats And Industrial Townships Act, 1965
(3)If the person liable to give the notice referred to in sub-section (1) or subsection (2) fails to give such notice, he shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
