Section 2(p) in Haryana Co-operative Societies Rules, 1989
(p)"Sales Officer" means an officer empowered by the Registrar by general or special order, to attach and sell the property of dafaulter or to execute any decree by attachment and sale of property except that for the purpose of Chapter X of the Act in which sale officer is appointed by the Government.
