Section 41(1) in Gorkhaland Territorial Administration Act, 2011
(1)There shall be an Executive Sabha consisting of the Chief Executive and fourteen other Executive members including the Deputy Chief Executive, who shall be nominated by the Chief Executive from the elected or nominated members.
