(2)[ The minutes shall be read out at the meeting or the next ensuing meeting and, unless objected to by a majority of such of the members, if any, present at the reading as were also present at the proceedings recorded in such minutes, shall be certified as passed by the signature of the President of the meeting at which they are read.] [Substituted by U.P.
