(4)If the resignation is not withdrawn within the time specified in sub- section (3) and is accepted by the Government, it shall be notified in the Official Gazette on a date not earlier than twenty-one days and not later than sixty days from the date of receipt of acknowledgment by the elected member under sub-section (2).
