1. Written submissions have been filed on behalf of the DGGI.
2. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 21st September, 2023, Mr. Chirag Goel has deposited his passport with the DGGI. However, it is submitted on behalf of the DGGI that Mr. Chaman Goel has deposited his passport wherein several pages are missing/torn.
3. An affidavit shall be filed on behalf of Mr. Chaman Goel explaining as to why pages from his passport are missing/torn.
4. Submissions on behalf of the Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the DGGI have been heard.
5. List on 21st November, 2023 at 2.15 PM for submissions on behalf of the respondents.
