Section 20 in The Manipur (Hill Areas) District Councils Act, 1971
20. Finality of decisions.-
(1)An order of the court of the District Judge on an election petition shall be final and conclusive.(2)An election of a member not called in question in accordance with the foregoing provisions shall be deemed to be a good and valid election.
