Section 1 in The Puducherry Prevention Of Anti-Social Activities Act, 2008
1. Short title, extent and commencement
(1)This Act may be called the Puducherry Prevention of Anti-social Activities Act, 2008(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry.(3)It shall come into force at once.
