TEJINDER SINGH DHINDSA.J The present writ petition has been filed against the order dated 31.10.2008 (Annexure P-10) and order dated 21.04.2009 (Annexure P-11) whereby the benefit of three increments that had been granted to the petitioners w.e.f. the date of passing of the qualification of Giani/Parbhakar, had been withdrawn.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the issue stands settled by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in judgment dated 01.12.2009 passed in CWP No.738 of 2009 titled as Manjeet Kaur and others Vs. State of Punjab and others. Counsel further submits that the decision in Manjeet Kaur's case (Supra) has already been implemented and in this regard refers to the order dated 28.04.2011 (Annexure P-14) appended along with the present petition.
In the light of such factual background, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition with directions to respondent/authorities to consider the claim of the petitioners as raised in the present petition in the Kaur Harjeet 2013.08.06 11:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP No. 16834 of 2013 -2- light of the judgment dated 01.12.2009 passed in Manjeet Kaur and others Vs. State of Punjab and others. Needful be done within a period of three months from the receipt of certified copy of this order in terms of passing of a speaking order.
