1. Heard Shri Desh Mitra Anand, the learned counsel for the applicant, Smt. Kamlesh Kumar, the learned AGA for the State and Shri Akash Asthana, Advocate holding brief of Shri Rohit Tripathi, the learned counsel for the Enforcement Directorate.

By means of the instant application filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed that the personal bond and surety submitted by her in Case Crime No.1577 of 2019 lodged at Police Station- Gomti Nagar, District- Lucknow be treated as sufficient for her released in 76 cases, in which she has been released on bail.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is involved in 75 criminal cases, all of which are of similar nature and in all which she has been granted bail. On the basis of her involvement in the aforesaid cases, the Enforcement Directorate has lodged Case Crime No.05 of 2021 against her and the applicant has been ordered to released on bail in that case also.

4. However, as the applicant has been granted bail in 76 cases, she could not arrange separate sureties and bail bonds for her released in all the cases.

5. Learned counsel for the applicant has placed reliance upon a judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad @ Mohammad Imran @ Vikky vs. The State of Uttar Pradesh [SLP (Crl.) No.8914-8915/2018).

6. Learned AGA has vehemently opposed the application and submitted that the applicant is involved in a very large number of cases. However, she could not dispute that the applicant is entitled to the benefit of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Hani Nishad (supra) but she has submitted that the applicant should furnish separate personal bond and sureties in the case instituted by the Enforcement Directorate.

Accordingly, the instant application is disposed of by providing that the personal bond and two sureties for Rs.1,00,000/- shall be submitted by the applicant for her release in furtherance of the order dated 20.06.2024 passed by this Court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.6719 of 2024 in Case Crime No.1577 of 2019 under Section 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at P.S.- Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, which shall hold good for the applicant's release in 75 cases listed from S.No.1 of 75 of the appendix to the Application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., details of which are as follows:-

7. The applicant should furnish a separate personal bond and sureties for released in respect of the Case Crime No.05 of 2021 instituted by the Enforcement Directorate under Section 3, 4 of PMLA, Lucknow in which she has been released on bail by means of an order dated 22.05.2025 passed by this court in Crl. Misc. Bail Application No.750 of 2025.
