Section 6(2) in The Uttar Pradesh Prohibition Of Beggary Act, 1975
(2)Subject to any general or special orders of the State Government Committee may, for the purpose of enabling it to perform its functions efficiently or to exercise its powers appoint such other officers or employees as it may think fit and determine their functions and conditions of service.
