WHEREAS the Petitioner'above named through their Advocate SRI PRASANNALA KANCHARLA presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying thaTih the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction preferably a Writ in the nature of Mandamus (A) Declaring the action of the Respondents in initiating process to fill up the sanctioned posts of School Assistants (SA's) and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT's) pertaining to the Schedule/Non schedule area Tribal Welfare Ashram Schools and Government Primary Schools (Tribal Welfare) functioning under jurisdiction of Respondents 5 tp 10 whereat petitioners are working as Contract Residential Teachers fall under Minimum Time Scale category paid on par with regular teachers and rendering service since 9 years, by issuing Notification No 01/Mega DSC-TRC-1/2025, dated 20.4.2025 inviting applications for appointment >of teachers for the post of School Assistants(SA's) and Secondary Grade Teachers (SGT's) through Andhra Pradesh Teacher Recruitment Tbst (APTRT) in pursuance of G.O Ms No 15, School Education(Ser-l) Deparfmpht,dated 19.4.2025 without regularizing the petitioners services to the posf M School Assistants (SA) and Secondary Grade Teachers(SGT) in which petitioners are working as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional contrary to the, Ibtter and spirit of Bye-Laws of the Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Ashram, G.O.Ms. No. 10 Dated 31-01- 2019 issued by the Social Welfare (TW.EDN1) DEPARTMENT coupled with orders passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P. Nb T421 of 2019 dated 5-10-2020 and in I.A No 1 of 2020 in W.P No 18296 of 2020 dated 5-12-2021 and opposing to the orders dated 29.4.2025 passed by this Hon'ble court in W.P No 6636 of 2024 which are still in force obtained bfTho same petitioners questioning the earlier similar Notification No 02/TRC-1/i024 dated 12.2.2024 issued in pursuance of earlier G.O Ms No 11 School Education(Ser-l) Department dated 12.2.2024 as the present G.O Ms no 15, School Education(Ser-l) Department dated 19.4.2025 is not superseding the earlier G.O Ms No 11 School Education (Ser-I) Department dated 12.2.2024 and set aside the same by declaring as illegal, arbitrary, and violative of Article 14, 19 (1) (g) and Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
(B) Further direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioners by declaring that the petitioner are entitled for regularization .

The present writ petitioh is filed questioning the action of the Respondents in seeking to fill up sanctioned posts of School Assistants and Secondary Grade Teachers pertaining to the Schedule/Non Schedule area Tribal Welfare^Aihram Schools and Government Primary Schools (Tribal Welfare) without considering the case of the Petitioners working on contract basis as Illegal and arbitrary.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners relies on an interim order passed by this Court in W.P.Nfe6636 of 2024 directing the Petitioners(s) to be continued.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for Respondent Nos. 1, 4,10 seeks time to get instructions.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of this case and also the Interim Order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6636 of 2024 dated 2.9.04.2024, there shall be a direction to Respondent-Authoritie s to continue the Writ Petitioners in the same category pending further/final Orders of this Court.
