Section 4 in The Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Special Provisions) Act, 2010
4. Exclusion from the purview of recruiting agencies.
- Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any other law for the time being in force, the posts referred to under section 3 shall be, and shall always be, deemed to have been excluded from the purview of the recruiting agencies.
