Section 54(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2012
(1)At any time after the making of an order for the winding up of a LLP by the Tribunal, any creditor or partner of the LLP may inspect the books and papers of the LLP only in accordance with, and subject to manner and conditions specified in Part VI.
