Section 7(2) in The Hindi Sahitya Sammelan Act, 1962
(2)The Governing Body shall consist of such number of persons not exceeding fifty-five as the Central Government may from time to time determine, of whom not more than seven shall be nominated by the Central Government from among educationists of repute of eminent Hindi scholars, and the remaining members shall be chosen in accordance with the rules made in this behalf.
