Section 11(4) in Telangana Bio-fertilizers (Monitoring and Quality Control) Act, 2006
(4)Where the application for renewal is made within the time specified in sub section (1) or sub section (3) the applicant shall be deemed to have held a valid Certificate of Registration, until such date as the Registering Authority or as the case may be the Controller passes orders on the application for renewal.
