8. Prohibition to throw non-biodegradable waste.
- No person, himself or through another, shall knowingly or other-wise:-(a)throw or cause to be thrown any non-biodegradable garbage in a place other than the garbage receptacle/dustbins designated for the purpose under rule 5; and(b)mix the biomedical/clinical waste with other non-biodegradable waste garbage.
