Section 75(1) in The Orissa Motor Vehicles Rules, 1993
(1)The Transport Authority may, from time to time-(i)by a general order prescribe a schedule of timings for stage carriage running on specified routes; or(ii)by a special order prescribe a schedule of timings for each stage carriages.
