Section 125(1) in New Town, Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007
(1)The Chairman may make such special arrangements, whether permanent or temporary, as he considers adequate for maintaining sanitation in the vicinity of any place of religious worship or institution or place to which a large number of people resort on particular occasions or in any place used for holding fairs, festivals, sports or cultural or social events.
