Section 25(2) in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Rules, 2004
(2)Notwithstanding any thing contained in any other rule in force for the time being, the Orissa Travelling Allowance Rules as amended from time to time by the Government shall apply to such employees of Corporation Services in the same manner as those of Government servants of similar standing and status.
