Section 42(1) in The Maharashtra Agricultural Universities (Krishi Vidyapeeths) Act, 1983
(1)Every affiliated college and recognized institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council may require to enable it to judge the efficiency and necessity of the college or institution, with respect to the University requirements.
