Section 15(1) in The U.P. High Schools And Intermediate Colleges (Payment Of Salaries Of Teachers And Other Employees) Act, 1971
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, or by reason of anything contained in this Act, the State Government may, as occasion requires by notification in the Gazette, make such incidental or consequential provisions for adapting or modifying any provisions of this Act or of the Intermediate Education Act, 1921 or the regulation but not affecting the substance, as it may think necessary, or expedient for the purposes of this Act.
