Section 6(9) in The Rajasthan Legal Aid Rules, 1984
(9)The Chairman of the Committee shall have power to incur expenditure for providing legal aid out of the funds placed at his disposal by The Rajasthan Legal Aid Board or received through voluntary contributions or donation or through funds raised by the Committee.
